Supply

Covers major instruments and accessories (includes Cables, Trays, Glands, Impulse tubes, Fitting & related supports) that are supplied in line with client requirements as a Lump-sum Contractor in E & I Area.

Meets the client specific requirements & related International standards. We make international standards as our Company’s default minimum requirements.

Meets the Human safety requirements applicable to E & I construction work in both hazardous and safety areas.

Installation

Installation of all types of instruments & process equipments.Installation of Junction boxes with frame supports.Erection of all types Cable trays with proper supports.Laying of cables with proper dressing and tagging.Glanding and terminations at both field and control room areas.Erection / installation of impulse pneumatic tubing for instruments and valves.

Testing & Commissioning

Insulation tests for cables by Megger Checks.Quality checks to confirm the installation against drawing / standards.Continuity checks in between Instruments / Valves and JBsContinuity checks in between Junction boxes and control system Marshalling side.Carry out loop checks for complete I /O loops and assisting in commissioning of Skids / Packages.
